  • ½ cup Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup milk or yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

How To Make It

1. Combine oats, milk/yoghurt and honey in a jar or container.
2. Stir well and chill overnight (minimum 4 hours).
