Overnight Oats
Jar it tonight, breakfast tomorrow.
What You'll Need
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- ½ cup milk or yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Fresh fruit & nuts for topping
How To Make It
1. Combine oats,
milk/yoghurt and honey in a jar or container.
2. Stir well and chill
overnight (minimum 4 hours).
3. Top with fresh fruit
and nuts; enjoy cold.
